THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORY ITEMS SUCH AS SPOKES, NIPPLES, NIPPLE WASHERS, DECALS, OTHER COMPANY'S HUBS. Products purchased from Dirt Components that are made by other companies are subject to the warranty policies of those respective companies.
Shipping to Dirt Components is the responsibility of the customer. Please remove and retain all extra parts like rotors, cassettes, tires, computer magnets, valves and tape. Not responsible for loss or damage of these extra parts during shipping or during storage at our facilities during warranty evaluation.
Our JRA Crash Replacement covers the original customer's rims and hubs from any damage from riding for two years from the purchase date. We want you riding, and we really want you riding on our wheels. There are two ways we can handle your crash replacement, you can send your wheel to Dirt Components or we can send a rim to your favorite shop. It all starts with you or your shop contacting Dirt Bicycle Components to get the ball rolling, 512-428-4203 ext 2. Shipping to Dirt Components is the responsibility of the customer, and any work done by other companies may be the responsibility of the customer.
After two years, the original customer still has a crash replacement option for as long as you own your wheels. This option requires that you send your wheel to Dirt Components HQ, it's $300 USD to replace your rim, and we will replace nipples and spokes as needed with no extra cost. We'll get everything rebuilt and sent back to you ASAP. There are many decal colors, nipple options and spoke options, and these things change over the years. We don't make the vinyl, spokes or nipples, so we're both subject to availability on these options.
Let's turn that "just-riding-along" calamity around, and get you rollin' Dirt again!
